This position is fully remote (even after COVID) with no travel required. AWS, Terraform, architecture, and hands-on experience with the software development lifecycle are required. You should be a very experienced cloud engineer and architect, able to hit the ground running with little oversight and minimal support from the existing team. Your team will instill best practices for building scalable distributed systems, with a focus on observability, automation, auditability, and fault tolerance. Your team will be responsible for running user-facing services and production systems, helping to build the foundation for rapid, reliable product delivery. Excellent written and oral communication skills.Demonstrated ability to communicate and comprehend medical diagnoses.ABGC certification or active candidate status required.Bachelor’s degree in human genetics, health sciences or a related degree.Coordinate between different external contacts, such as partners, ordering physicians and clients, in order to ensure seamless transitions throughout the counseling and implementation process.Support variant review analysts and geneticists on R&D and technical projects related to Genosity laboratory services when needed.Train and onboard other genetic counselors.
